Well, the infamous pooh tree by the lower bench finally succumbed to its ongoing abuse.
The tree became affectionately known as the pooh tree because some park users felt it was a great place to hang filled poop bags, garbage, coffee cups and even backpacks from its branches. The tree was even the subject of an article written by Amy Lindo and featured in one of our newsletters and posted in her blog "Unleashed: http://www.rhk9klub.ca/archives/1563
Unfortunately we'll have to dig it up and toss it unceremoniously over the fence this spring.
