Construction has begun on Richmond Hill’s 2nd Off-Leash Park! This site will be quite different from the Tower Hill Park.  See the Artist Rendering. This park will be a fenced in 1 hectare site within Phyllis Rawlinson Park. It is contained by a 1.5m galvanized wired fence with cedar timber posts. The site features a separate small dog area, double gated entrance, an upgraded access path to meet accessibility standards, and onsite parking and bathroom facilities.

Expected opening for this site is late summer 2012.
