Dog Park Reporting Form

Please use this form if you would like to report any sort of park issue, such as maintenance, vandalism, dog/owner aggression issues, or anything that should be brought to the attention of the Richmond Hill K9 Klub or appropriate authorities such as the Town of Richmond Hill, by-law enforcement, OSPCA etc.

Be as descriptive as possible and we will review and escalate as appropriate.  Thank you for taking the time.
